Shipping Policy
At Nuvana Luxury, we are committed to delivering your premium fragrances safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders with care and precision.
1. Order Processing
All orders received by Nuvana Luxury are processed within 1-2 business days (Saturday & Sunday excluded). Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship throughout India and to selected international destinations. Domestic orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx). International shipments use standard international courier services.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic (within India): Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
 - International: Typically 10-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Please note that during peak seasons (festive sales, holiday periods) or due to unforeseen delays (customs, weather, strikes), delivery may take longer. 
4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Offer
- Standard domestic shipping: ₹49
 - Free standard shipping on domestic orders above ₹ 999
 - International shipping charges vary by country and courier, and are calculated at checkout.
If duties or taxes apply for international shipments, these are the responsibility of the customer. 
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions to collect your parcel from a local depot.
6. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, you’ll be responsible for the cost of redelivery. We recommend promptly collecting parcels and updating us with any changes as soon as possible.
7. Delays & Customer Support
While we strive to meet our stated timeframes, some delays may occur outside our control. If delivery is delayed beyond expected timelines, please contact our customer support at:

8. International Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees may apply in your country. These are governed by local laws and regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. Nuvana Luxury is not responsible for such charges or delays caused by customs clearance.
