Exchange & Refund Policy

At Nuvana Luxury, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every perfume and product you receive meets the highest standards of quality.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Exchange & Refund Policy below.

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions:

You may be eligible for an exchange or refund if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product.
  • The product is defective or leaking upon arrival.
  • The item has not been used, opened, or tampered with.

Please note:
Fragrance bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Timeframe for Requests

All exchange or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

3. Process for Exchange or Refund

To initiate a request:

  1. Contact our support team at deepak.ph@outlook.com with the following details:
    Order number
    Clear photos or videos showing the issue
    Description of the problem



  2. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
  3. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging (with labels, seals, and box intact).

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, wrong, or damaged.
  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, Nuvana Luxury will bear the reverse shipping cost or offer a replacement free of charge.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Free or promotional items

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

8. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
